Like everyone in the company, I make sure that we deliver upon our promise and live up to what we stand for. It helps clients achieve their goals, drives our business growth and empowers the team with an entrepreneurial vision.
What achievement are you most proud of at Limelight?
Winning MEPRA New Consultancy of the Year whilst managing the Dubai office was the culmination of some high-profile account wins and the team’s stand-out work. Their pride in that award was my most proud moment.

Which business leaders do you admire the most?
Not long ago, Amazon began giving refunds before customers even asked or complained. This comes from the top. In an annual address to shareholders, Jeff Bezos explained that his company’s customer-first focus has many advantages in terms of innovation, agility, competition and it’s this customer-centricity that I admire.
I also have a great deal of respect for a gentlemen called Fadi Ghandour, founder of Aramex for his understanding on the importance of brand which has ensured an Arab company has exported itself and is competing with the world’s biggest logistic firms through an ability to continually innovate ahead of the curve.
What’s the best lesson you’ve learnt from being in business to date?
