Project Details

Provide St Ives with a PR platform to help raise their share price from 75p to £2.50, whilst positioning them as ‘The Marketing Solutions Provider’. Seed the unique concept of ‘Thinking & Doing’ with media and other audiences and make the St Ives Group become known for interesting consumer insight from its research and data. Whilst the main focus was on the group, where appropriate and possible, use individual company news/views/insight to amplify group messages.
Limelight conceived, created and now manage a quarterly research theme programme that concentrates on key sectors including retail, automotive and charity. From this a thought leadership programme was rolled out which also included news realeases and profile opportunities for key members of the group. Ongoing reputation and social media management ran alongside to support the work and various journalist meetings were set up.
The four key research programmes achieved a total of 101 pieces of coverage for 2013 (average 8 per month) and received coverage in all core sector publications (retail, charity, automotive, marketing and print) The group are now successfully positioned as the Marketing Services provider which as led to increased PR opportunities for individual group companies as well.
